Female Executives
Companies have recognized that female executives offer a wealth of talent. But recruiters and potential employers sometimes expect more from them than from their male counterparts. They look for several “superwoman” qualifications that business mythology ascribes to women as a class. These can include a win-win management style, out-of-the-box thinking, work-life balance and charisma.
