As a child or an adult, each of us has someone to look upon to as a role model. Usually, when we admire someone it?s because he or she has certain characteristics that you and I do not have or need to be improved. A role model for me is someone who contributed something positive in my life. Someone who has changed my outlook on life drastically, and someone that I can mirror my way of life to his own.
In my case, the person that I consider a good role model in my life would be my very own mother. My mother is intelligent, hardworking and knows how to handle tough situations in life.
My mother?s name is Rosa, and she was born in a small village in the Philippines called Panay. She has 6 brothers, and 4 sisters. My mother is the third oldest child, and when she was fourteen years old, she decided to move to the big city called Manila to work as a nanny.
