Abstract
In this modern world there is an emerging technology whose time has come. Current server operating systems do not properly address the issue of interference between competing applications. This deficiency is a major roadblock for Internet and Application Service Providers whose major clients are large organizations in the public and private sector, that need high levels of processing power, and want smooth running well-distributed server resources, combined with their other customer, the basic internet user who only cares that the service is there. Large corporations with their own needs for computational power and data storage space were having similar issues of conflicting
