Install a CD-Writer
These instructions are to install a CD-Writer in the computer. CD-Writer is used to write data as well as music on a CD-ROM disk. Due to the data limitation on floppy disk, CDR media is best alternative available that can hold 400 times more data than a floppy disk. The life expectation of a floppy disk is 5 to 10 years, but CD-ROM disk media has life expectancy around 50 years. So CD-ROM media disk is best for saving the important data and family Pictures as well. Enable to install a CD-Writer, yours computer must have a spare 5.25-inch drive slot available. Just as with many tower-type designs, you can install the CD-Writer drive in addition to the exciting CD-ROM drive. Look at the front panel, under the CD-Rom if you have a 5.25 inches drive slot available for CD-Writer. If no slot is available, then you have to replace the CD-ROM with new CD-Writer, which is not the best option.
