In comparison to the current staff the new breed of UPS workers will be less tolerant. Their level of acceptance in regards of UPS? rules and demands will be lower, only because they might feel that with a college education they have more extensive job options. College degree workers will have more flexibility in finding another job and are probably going to require a much higher pay.
