Tragedy
On September 11th, 2001, I woke up as if it was a normal school day. Drowsily, I walked into the kitchen to grab some breakfast. While I was in there, I heard my mother say something about a fire at the World Trade Center. I asked her, ?Is it arson? Little did I know it was not an act of arson, but an act of terrorism. My mother and I soon found out it was a plane that crashed into the first tower. We thought it was an accident from a plane flying too low. Then, suddenly we watched in shock as a second plane crashed into the next tower. It was within a few minutes that there was another breaking newscast saying that there had been another plane crash, this time at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. No I knew there was no way this was an accident.
A little shaky, I still went off to school. In the car, my father and I found out that the first tower had collapsed. During first period, I
