Four Main Parts Of A Computer
The four categories are the processor, memory, input and output devices, and
storage devices. I will explain what each one of these are, in definitions.
The Central Processing Unit (CPU) is what we call the processor. The computer CPU is
responsible for handling all instructions and calculations that it receives from other hardware
components in the computer, and software programs running on the computer. There are many
different speeds of processors, but I can?t name all of them.
Memory is the electronic holding place for instructions and data that your computers microprocessor can reach quickly. Memory is often referred to as random access memory (RAM). The RAM accesses instructions and data from the more slowly accessed hard disk form of storage.
There are four sections of memory, external memory, high memory area, upper memory
