In each civilization the Han Dynasty had its leader Han Wudi and in the Roman Empire there’s was Julius Caesar each a male leader in there civilizations who tried hard to form a respectable form of government. Han Wudi worked hard to increase the jurisdiction and power of the government he built a lot authority. As well did Julius Caesar but he fought to gain respect. Caesar was able to win most of his battles. Caesar was quick to take control and organize the government underneath him. This method of political control proved to be both similar and very effective in both civilizations.
