I have been studying the human resource program, however; I have decided to apply for the digital marketing and sales. This came about due to a number of reasons. Digital marketing is a career with a myriad of opportunities. Studying digital marketing and sales opens up more opportunities for me as an individual. For instance this year most jobs announced by Ryanair were digital jobs. They were positions in digital marketing. Companies such as Microsoft and LinkedIn are looking for digital workers every single day. Once I have studied and gone through this masters program I will be able to widen my scope of job opportunities. The digital marketing and sales opportunities are widening and growing every minute; this is a big chance for me to pursue this program and make myself more suitable to the growing job market.
Digital marketing is quite an interesting field to pursue. It is something that is in line with my passion. Working as a digital marketer is really interesting. At this field, one is able to identify and explore their abilities. You get to deal with different and varieties of products that make it more fun. One gets to learn how to interact and maintain respect for clients. Through digital marketing, one learns a lot of skills that are also useful for day to day life. Such being polite and helpful to people; this comes in that one interacts with people from different backgrounds and with different attitudes. This, therefore, helps one to master the right skills and language that is needed to be able to succeed in this field.
Apart from the passion and the job opportunities; digital marketing is well paying. As the demand for more digital professionals goes up, the pay also goes up. This field is in demand for a lot of skills this, therefore, makes it easier for people to get a better pay when they are well equipped with the right skills. The salaries given or attained by the digital marketers go up every single day. This is, therefore, a great opportunity for me. Studying digital marketing and sales will be useful for my personal and professional advancement.

This field also has a variety of jobs that one can take part in. This allows one to choose whatever suits them. I can specialize in a role that I am most comfortable with. For example, the different roles are such as the designing, analyzing, planning and recording among others. This means I can choose my area of interest. I am not limited to only one thing; this helps me grow my skills and abilities. The variety of roles allows one to advance. It means I can do a few certificates in the career that allow me to grow and develop myself.
We cannot ignore the fact that this program will essentially equip me with the right skills for becoming an online entrepreneur. I have always wanted to begin my own online business which will be possible by going through the digital marketing and sales program. I will be able to build the abilities and skills required for me to begin my own online business. Studying this field will also give me the right kind of experience and expertise.

I am experienced in a field related to internet marketing. I am experienced in human resource management. I have worked for the Fabhotels.com Gurugram India. I worked as a Human Resource manager. I was responsible for training. At this area, I taught my employees on how to advertise and market our services. I was also responsible for some of the web designs for the website for the hotels. At the HealthKart.com, I worked as an HR business partner. At this place, I was responsible for the performance. I was assigned the role of maintaining perfect services to our clients. This helped me learn the right skills on connecting with the clients. This has helped manage and offer the right kind of services to the clients through my workers.
Working as a Subject matter Expert at Infosys, Pune, India gave me the best experience on understanding the design process. This taught me on how to choose or design the best logos or design for marketing a service on the internet. The online businesses also have the records that are displayed to the public such as its performance or activities. I was involved in planning the online activities relevant to clients and various services offered.
Digital marketing also requires one to have expertise in interacting with clients in order to build and maintain the customers. I have all it takes to handle clients. I have worked as a consultant Menschen, Mumbai in India. At this place of work, I was able to serve my clients in the best way possible and I was awarded for my services at the company. Offering my best to my employer and clients is always my goal. This program will help me achieve that goal.
I am currently working at the SOS helpline. At this area, I pick calls and respond to clients. This means that I am able to deal with clients. I am a highly recommended employee. I am an expert at customer service. Digital marketing requires customer service personnel which I will fit in. this program will help me become better and offer my services better. The clients will receive the best service with me.
As I pursue this program I have expectations. I would like to be able to develop the relevant skills to make me an expert in digital marketing. I need the right set of skills to give the best to my clients and employers. My goal is to be the best in this field and pursuing this masters degree takes me closer to my goal. The skills will lead me to the path I want to take. This program should equip me essentially for the best.
Apart from gaining the skills I want and expect to attain the experience I need to work as a digital marketer. Through this master’s program, I want to be able to participate in some programs even as a volunteer to attain the relevant experience. Pursuing this program I also expect to take part in the right kind of research projects that open up my range of opportunities and advancement.
Thirdly I would like to learn how to get a place to specialize in. To achieve this I hope the program will offer me a variety of options that are related to digital marketing. For instance; learning the different set of skills such as design and data analysis. Once I learn about the various skills offered I will be able to choose which to specialize in and work with. Technology has a variety of areas to choose from which I believe are offered through this program.
Use of the e-marketing is not supposed to cut us off from the real people. Technology should not replace people. I would like to learn on how to balance between the online job and dealing with real people. As much as the use of online marketing helps us interact with different people, most of the time one loses touch with the real world. I would like this program to equip me with the right skills to balance the two relevant worlds.
This program is also to help me get in touch with the reality. Take me to the real world and take part in different activities related to e-marketing. As I have learned that there are a variety of activities and roles that occur in the process of internet marketing and I am required to get exposed to them. The exposure to the real world takes me to another as a digital marketer. This is because it will help me practically learn the theory. Exposure also makes the learner sharper.
Attaining the right skills and experience is relevant but also I would like to get a chance to advance in the field of e-marketing. It will help me expand my knowledge in the different areas it offers; I will not be limited to one area. I would like to get an opportunity to grow and develop myself. It is my desire to own my own online business this program will take me to that. Finally, this program will help create opportunities for the young people once I attain my goal and dream of having a personal online business.
