It has taken over every aspect of life, it is now in smartphones, computers, televisions and even refrigerators. The internet, has rapidly settled into human`s daily life and has stayed to change it for good. Not only has it turned many everyday activities such as booking a hotel or making a restaurant reservation into a piece of cake but has also provided a strong intellectual influence in the humans who utilize it. Let alone, it has changed and currently keeps changing the way humans interpret and judge certain situations. In Nicholas Carr`s article “Is Google Making Us Stupid?” he elaborates the idea in which the internet is not only causing changes in our physical life but permanent transformations to the way we mentally process information. He introduces many arguments that declare that as a result of constant exposure and influence from the internet us, humans, no longer tend to think critically and fall into a lack of contemplation and concentration.
