In using starch as a preservative on making plastics, this can help us our environmental issues regarding the decomposition of plastics; this helps in the natural decomposition of the plastic materials. Cassava is a promising raw material for the development of biodegradable plastics in the areas around tropical and subtropical regions, and also cassava starch is used in this research because it is naturally polymer, pure, biodegradable, renewable and cheap. This study is done because it would be a big help in solving a lot of concerns regarding pollution problems, climate change and other environmental issues.
