Recently I was asked the question who do you admire the most and why

Recently I was asked the question who do you admire the most and why? This got me thinking about the many different people throughout the world. When asked whom I most admire in this world, I do not need to look at large political figures, or athletes, nor anyone else society sets so high above the rest of us. For me, the person I admire most is much closer to home. All of us have individuals whom we think of as greatly influential, and inspirational and in my opinion, my mother is a shining example of both. A quote from Stevie Wonder perfectly explains how I feel about mom. The quotes state that “mama was my greatest teacher, a teacher of compassion, love, and fearlessness. If love is sweet as a flower, then my mother is that sweet flower of love.” My mother has some amazing qualities such as being independent, hardworking, always being on task and being able to put what matters most above all.
I admire my mom the most because of the qualities she possesses that we should have in order to be a success in my life. She is very intelligent, she has great ambitions and she has many goals in her life. She humbles herself and tries not to stand out. She is an amazing mother, very patient, sensitive and always willing to help no matter what. My mom is the one consistent person in my life. She is the one person I can count on, she has never turned her back on me. She is very supportive of my dreams, from when I was younger my mom has always pushed me to do my best. She has done a lot to encourage me every day and to boost my self-esteem. She never tries to discourage me if I am doing so well in school, instead, she tries best her best to understand my point of view. There were many sacrifices that were made, no matter how big or small my mom always made sure that my life was better than hers.
