To be competitive, Coca Cola China should adopt competitive plans and focus on elements that separate the company from its competitors .As said above ,I think that the innovation and the diversification of the products is one of the key success for Coca Cola company .
In order to achieve success the company should be structured in a way that reflect its objectives .To do so a development plan has been elaborated in this direction :
• Since the majority of sales are due to the non-sujar products ,we will focus more on these products by
? Accelerating our investment on non-sugar product
? Establishing creative and innovative marketing strategy that promote and support non-sugar product : Marketing compaign using social media ,television and radio and competitions with prize money and tours organizing in strategic place and time of year.
• While encouraging the non-sugar products ,we are going to work on the original Coca Cola that have no nutritional value and we are going to focus on how we can incorporate these option into a healthy lifestyle :For example we can think of reducing the size of bottles and cans to cut down the amount of calories
• Investing more in programs which support physical activity across the country and give opportunities to people to be more active .This will develops a real satisfaction among its consumers and make Coca Cola’s product part of their healthy lifestyle .
