What do you believe is the most important feature of the Constitution?
I believe the most important feature of the Constitution is the first amendment, because it protects our basic rights necessary to us as individuals. Any person should have the right to pray and believe in their own personal preference of a religion. Also freedom of speech is important, since everyone is entitled to have their own opinion, and be able to voice their thoughts. Although this gives the people to the opportunity to down talk people and the government, they still have the right to speak their mind. Finally, the press should be able to cover anything they want without being afraid of being punished.
What do you believe is the most frustrating part of the Constitution?
The fourth amendment, which is the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. I believe this is the most frustrating part of the constitution because people are intimidated, convinced or naïve into giving their right up. Most people get scared to say no to the police. This is why they are trained how to legally get around it, and by convincing you to give it up.
