Criminal justice system is very significant and an evolving body. It is particularly important as it affects the citizens at large. Ethics are the foundation of the criminal justice system and a very moral conduct is required in the work and choices made by the authorities of this system. The judges, prosecutors, and the cops confront a variety of situation every day while dealing with the suspects and the lawbreakers. There is a need to set up certain trends, policies, and procedures that would not only help in updating the system but also train the police officers and other law enforcement bodies to meet the demands of ever-changing society.
