Under Article 32 of Federal Constitution

Under Article 32 of Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is appointed once in every five years from a pool of nine Sultans who head the nine states in Malaysia. The YDPA is the Supreme Head of state in Malaysia.YDPA are responsible to carried out it’s responsibility that concerned on the national development and the needs of the citizen. It is important to ensure the country’s development will continue and arise as the same level as the developed country. For instance, Japan, South Korea, America, and many more. A responsible and accountable leader will cater the needs of citizen and country. It is vital to the nation because it helps to change and improve the socio-economic status of the citizen as well as the country. As we all know, YDPA acts on the advice of the Parliament and the Prime Minister, who heads the Cabinet. In matters pertaining to Parliament, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is given the right to appoint senators on the advice of the Prime Minister. It also help to make the country a better and in a safe condition because of the enforcement of Act and Policies that has been implement and execute by the Parliament. As a result, it helps to reduce the criminal rate that has been spread in our country.
