Some things have already leaked out – the most important agreements that are emerging, but with reservations. Theoretically, anything can change until the results are official:
– Financial leeway is around € 45 billion in additional expenditure for the legislature, but the expenditure requirements are still around 100 billion.
– There should be a “Center for Artificial Intelligence” together with France.
– By 2025, broadband coverage with fast gigabit networks is to be guaranteed nationwide.
– The 2020 climate goal will be abandoned (although the parties are formally committed to it).
– There is not yet a fixed exit date for coal power.
– An exit date for internal combustion engines will not exist.
– There should be an “action program insect protection”.
– A law should regulate the influx of skilled workers.
– Non-wage labor costs should not rise above 40 percent of the wage.
– Apparently, the top tax rate should only be available from 60,000 euros annual income; he could rise from 42 to 45 percent.
– Family reunification for refugees with subsidiary protection is unlikely to be fully re-allowed, but there could be hardship regulations, but nothing is confirmed here.
