Early childhood education is a ton of small pieces that make up one beautiful picture. It has many elements working together for a common goal. I believe that early childhood education is the base line the start of creating people who are problem solvers, who are risk takers, who are logical thinkers, decision makers, people who are okay being themselves, and will be able to make educational goals through their life. Early childhood education is the start for every career.
What we learn as early learner’s modes our experiences for life. All children can learn and succeed if given the right tools and experiences for success. No two people are alike but many people tend to think that children are all the same in the aspects of learning. Children are all different and unique. They are different due to their cultural, developmental stage/readiness, and what life experiences they have had. Each child’s learning styles are different no two are alike. Knowing this as an early childhood educator I must provide an environment that caters to social- emotional, physical, language and communication, and cognitive development, provide an environment that is safe and nurturing for the different types of children in my care.
