Explain reasons for developing professional relationships.
In health and social care professional relationships are very important as they help everyone to work together and provide the best possible care and need. Building a relationship between other professionals can help to make the work more effective. Developing professional relationships helps to work together and effectively it also helps the professionals to be able to give their full attention and service to individuals who need it. The reason why developing a professional relationship is important it helps to improve the services that are provided it also makes sure that every individuals need is met. Developing professional relationships gives us quite a lot of other benefits as work is more pleasant when you have good built relationships with other professionals that are around yourself. Also, individuals are much more likely to go along with alterations that we want to apply (Mindtools.com, 2017).
