My Peaceful Place
In this ever modernizing world, sometimes it is hard to keep calm and clear head to face with many obstacles at every moment in my life. The busy life in the city usually tires me by snow me under a high pressure. Whenever I feel exhausted, there is one place I would desire to go, the place where I could relax and fade my stress. The place I meant is my grandparent’s house which is the most soothing place in my life.
My grandfather’s house is just situated in a village which is near the mountains and the greeneries. The house looks quite like a mansion for me where you can see fresh water flowing in the long river. Besides describing the house, there are only three people living in there, including my grandparents as well as their helpful servant who serves them at all time. The most glorious moment that they enjoy will be the school holidays. This is the time where I leave back all of my jobs and be far away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
There are around seven to eight rooms which is quite enough for us whenever we visit them. The most favourite spot of mine at there is the colourful garden where the flowers bloom all the year around. Although there are many skyscrapers around the world to visit but for me this garden provides the most peaceful atmosphere ever.
Whenever I visit my grandparent’s house, I get an impression that I have come to the most awesome place ever. I have not seen many places and have not travelled extensively, but in my experience the peace and the mental tranquility. I really don’t have the feel to return back to city after visiting and one of my reasons can be my childhood memories. Almost all of my childhood sweet experiences I had spent here and whenever I go there, lots of memories flash back and make me feel a great pleasure of it. This has always been the only place where I feel I can be on my own entertaining world.
I know this place since I was at a young age, so I really can distinguish the difference between the ordinary and peaceful place where I gain lots of happiness. My main motive of visiting my grandparent’s house is just to relax both physically and mentally. The precious memories that I cherish among my family members in this house will last in my heart till the end. Besides of enjoyment, at here I could nearly feel that I am too close to mother nature and fresh air surrounding me. Every time I catch myself missing it, all that I can remember the delightful feeling the place offers me.
