Urges Israel and the State of Palestine to work towards finding a speedy resolution to the issues plaguing the settlement of their disputes in line with the Two State solution and specifically requests Israel to refrain from:
Creeping encroachment over disputed regions (West Bank, Gaza Strip and Golan Heights),
Impinging on the livelihood of the affected people, which is leading them into poverty,
Impeding socially required developmental activities within the disputed regions,
Creating an environment where people feel unsafe, homesteads are destroyed and people turned into refugees,
Imposing discriminatory laws against the people of Palestine,
Levying of discriminatory charges for basic utilities such as water;
Ensures that any legal action, legislation and administration imposed by Israel in Jerusalem has no credibility at all and requests Israel not to impose any legal action, legislation and administration in the Holy City of Jerusalem;
