When a feedback meeting is over with your client you can begin designing a program.

Evaluation is a front-end process because:

1. The collection of data for your audience and the business should be addressed.
2. The process of evaluation helps you to recognize what is to be accomplished through the training.

It is most helpful to analyze what your participants already know before beginning the training, this will help to you to receive a more accurate evaluation at the end of the training session. You then have a chance to make changes in the program format if need be.

The meaning of Evaluation is evident by four levels. (Kirkpatrick 1983)
