Abstract
Universal banks in Germany, in contrast to other financial systems such as in the USA are able to provide their customers, commercial as well as Investment banking services. Several German banks have merged together so that they can be capable of taking advantage of economies of scale and synergies.
This report will aim to show the challenges faced by Advance bank, a branch-less bank, based in Germany using a range of tools and techniques to analyse how the strategy should evolve to achieve sustained success. Suggestions for information strategy evolution will also be made.
