Anthem
The book Anthem touches on many important subjects that Ayn Rand placed in the book to tell people about. One of the primary purposes behind the book is to project that everyone needs to be themselves and should be different from everyone else. Ayn Rand is also trying to incorporate that people must view things from different perspectives, but at the same time must keep their own views in mind. Equality 7-2521 was the prime subject that shows his journey to individualism. Through his journey he found the importance of being segregated from everyone else and found the joy on being dependant on himself only. The beginning of the book showed a different side of Equality then the end of the book did.
At the Beginning of the book Equality found himself being bossed around by society as if he were a puppet on their strings. Equality didn?t even think of individuality, he only thought about what was good and bad for himself and his brothers. ?It is a sin to write this.
