Black Holes
Today in astronomy, black holes are one of the most talked about subjects because astronomers still dont have all the answers to them. You may ask why it would be important to study something that has no effect on us and is astronomical distances away. One reason is to get a further understanding of the universe, its creation, and its possible future. A second reason is some scientist believe that it is possible to use black holes for incredibly fast space travel or even time travel. In this paper I will explain more about black holes and how they may be used it the future.
A black hole is a region of space whose attractive gravitational force is so intense that no matter, light, or communication of any kind can escape. There are only three parts to a black hole. The event horizon, the singularity, and the Schwarzschild radius. The event horizon is the black holes surface. It is in the shape of a sphere and has no matter at its location accept for the instant that matter crosses it into the black hole. Once past the event horizon nothing can escape the
