The paper contains a study of some issues ranging from factors inhibiting the creative process in my workplace, solutions, and approaches to solving such problems, theories involved in creativity and innovation and a plan to promote individual creativity. I work in a company known as ABC Telecommunications Company. The firm deals with information Technology and engages in activities such as online marketing, the creation of websites, programming, animation and many other IT related businesses; the firm, therefore, has to keep up with the latest development in the world of technology. Workers are also required to have high creativity levels to carry out businesses such as online marketing. However, over time, the creativity of individuals has been at stake, the management has been paying little attention to the creativity and innovation displayed by individuals; this has therefore led to declined sales by the firm since products being produced do not possess any quality and unique aspects.
