In international environments, there are cultural differences that must be considered in performance appraisals. Because of these differences, organizations may find that they may need to adapt to the other county culture, for that reason evaluation tools will need to be altered. The organization would need to take a tactical approach to incorporating their mission, ideas, and objectives of the performance management systems in the effort to make the performance appraisal fair. While the global nature of may touch the inconsistency between the countries and the business process, the organization will need to modify their performance appraisal to provide an adequate form based on the unique culture of the county.
