COMMENTS ON THE MUSIC ESSAY
The entirety of this essay has to be re-written in accordance with the course guidelines. The writer has not followed the course guidelines in many aspects:-
The guideline asked for three themes, this was not mentioned in the essay at all or researched upon.
Right from the contents page, a list of tables/figures or abbreviations were not included in the content, or the writer thinks the course guideline is wrong to specifically ask for these to precede the body of the essay
Appendices were also not included after the references
No pictorial representations are included – are they not necessary to depict a music festival?
The essay ended without attempting to answer the title question – is 2017 the year music festivals died. No reference to music festival in 2017 was made at all. The essay missed this fundamental question
On References – this is absolutely a joke. 13 reference sources were quoted in the reference page but only 5 references were quoted in the body of the essay? Why do you have to mention a reference on the list without referring to it on the body of the essay? This is pure deception and will not earn you any marks.
Still on references – I understand there are lots of information on www. Websites albeit unverifiable – but not a single academic source was quoted in the essay, yet they were mentioned on the reference page. This is not acceptable in any way. All the five references quoted in the essay were all website sources – nonacademic sources. Please you will need to redo the entire essay with academic references as mentioned in the reference page.
The essay did not critique the title question by drawing on, and responding to, three themes explored during this module
I have attached the followed page from the course guideline to give clearer understanding of the requirement for this essay.
