Political Stance

My political stance in this country is a very weak one but I do have strong beliefs about some matters that go on in the political world. I do not follow politics all that much so my facts are few and far between when it comes to politics. This is mainly because my family has really never gotten into politics so I have pretty much stayed out of it too.
I do believe that the way our government is setup it makes it almost impossible to get something accomplished in a short amount of time. With the system of checks and balances in our government it seems almost impossible to get a bill approved by all three branches. That is unless somehow or another one party makes up the majority in both the Senate and the House of Representatives, not to mention the President is of the same party. Our government shows signs of the type of power presented to us in the reading ?The Man?. Where nobody is really sure who has power because it is divided up among so many people because there are different types of power. I know that the system is there to make
