Introduction
Where can you experience the makings of building a stuffed animal from start to finish Build-A-Bear Workshop lets children of all ages create their own stuffed ?friend.? I have been a Build-A-Bear customer for about a year now. I shop there because I have both cousins and friends who are younger and their products suit them very well. I have collected my information for this report from two sources: Kate Moses, who is a personal friend of mine and manages a Build-A-Bear store, and Keara Brown, who loves building bears there. In this report, I will examine three equally important and crucial criteria of this company: customer service, merchandise, and atmosphere.
