The globalization of the trade have forced many third world countries to comply with uneven bilateral/multilateral trade agreement with developed countries, forcing them to give up some of their sovereignty and rights on their own soil. Those, which have refused to agree to those harsh terms have seen the stronger countries imposing heaving tariffs and quotas or even embargos on their goods and services limiting their exports.
