There are many different functions that go into the necessities of e-business. There are basic functional requirements that range from which sort of specialized services that will perform those functions to the hardware and software to perform those services. There will also be analysis of how e-business will verify credit, process orders and how it will fulfill that order, as well as verifying the shipments and any post sales support of the e-business process.
For every venture into e-business there is a large list of necessary functions that needs to be in place to do so. Some of the functional requirements for e-business are security, scalability, and reliability. Those requirements can be what makes or breaks the venture. Without performing secure and reliable business functions there will be no trust on the end of the consumer. User trust is vital for the e-tailer, just like with the traditional store.
